1. Myth: You should wash your hair every day.
Washing your hair everyday can cause natural oil in your scalp to build up making your hair look greasy. Only wash your hair when needed. If you hair feels heavy and looks greasy, it’s time to wash. It’s recommended you wash your hair every 2-3 days.

2. Myth: Frequent trims makes your hair grow FASTER.
While regular trims are great for keeping your hair healthy and prevents damage, it won’t make your hair grow faster. Hair grows from the root not the at the ends.
